Amanda Lucas is a mother, wife, entrepreneur, women’s and family integrative health consultant, and a lifetime wellness enthusiast. Native to the United States and raised in Columbia, Missouri, she has a lifetime of learning the science of holistic health coupled with various certifications and degrees in alternative medicine and physical therapy including HLC, AAS, CNC, B.S. Alt. Medicine, and CAM.
Amanda is a professional, experienced, and dynamic holistic health and wellness expert with a rich background in physical therapy, social work services, and lifestyle coaching. Amanda places a particular emphasis on client advocacy. She is pursuing a master's degree in social work to become a clinically licensed therapist with a concentration in Health, Equity, and Wellness.
She knows most people have the knowledge, intelligence and convenience to pursue and healthy lifestyle, but questions why we are so physically sick and emotionally unhappy. And why is it so expensive? Amanda respects all her relationships to the core and makes it her priority to provide the support to answer the questions that people have because in reality there is no “one” answer to better health.
