Ingredients

  • 1 lb of grass fed beef
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Pepper freshly ground to taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and form into approximately 3″ patties
  3. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
  4. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes

Notes

For Italian Sausage add the following to the above ingredients
1 Tbsp Italian spices
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
