We offer a free Introductory Consultation to give you a chance to meet by phone with a health coach. The goal of this consultation is to give you a chance to explain your health concerns, then we help you figure out what steps to take.
Chews Your Health offers group cooking classes focusing on the specific health needs of each group such as heart healthy, gluten free, dairy free, grain free, or low sugar meals. Groups are 5-20 people and the class is 3 hours long.
Grocery Store Visits
Chews Your Health will accompany you or a group of up to 10 people to a local grocery store to learn how to recognize healthy and unhealthy foods. The focus in on understanding the ingredients of different grocery items.
We’ve found that people often need outside assistance to help bring their kitchen pantry, cupboards and refrigerator under control. Learn what to keep and what to get rid of to always have healthy options on hand.
Chews Your Health coaches have extensive backgrounds in nutrition, exercise, and holistic healing. We take the time to get to know your history and work with you to reach your personal health goals providing a variety of services.

Amanda Garrison-Lucas is the founder and current CEO of Chews Your Health, LLC. She has an extensive background in nutrition, exercise and holistic & alternative medicine.
Liz has a strong nutritional science and exercise science studies background along with a diverse array of human health behavior research and uses an holistic approach to personal and individual wellness.
Asst. Director and Health Coach
Claudia is a Nutrition Specialist with a background in nutrition and exercise physiology. Her philosophy on nutrition encompasses individuality, healthy lifestyle choices, and balance.

Shane is a Financial Advisor helping individuals achieve both short and long term goals by educating them to make wise financial decisions for themselves and their families.
