- 1 large cucumber, peeled
- 3 ribs celery
- ½ cup parsley leaves loosely packed
- 1 inch piece ginger, peeled
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- Feed the cucumber, celery, parsley, and ginger into a juicer; end with the carrots to help push all ingredients through.
- Stir and serve immediately.
For a variation substitute half of a beet for the carrots or mix it up and put both in there!
