What We Offer
Meet the Coach Luncheons
Two Luncheons are held yearly to meet as a group with the health coach to go over the program including the incentive portion, review results, and answer questions.
These are 10-15 minute appointments. The screenings are typically done during a health fair held at the work site and are administered through a local hospital, clinic, or lab.
Each health coaching session allows employees to talk directly to an experienced and professional health coach. Initial session will include review of Biometric Screening/Blood Work/HRA.
Quarterly seminars provide employees with relevant and customized educational opportunities. Each company’s employees face different challenges and we make develop the seminars based on employee needs and not a standardized list of topics.
Online Health Risk Assessments
The Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is an online questionnaire that asks employees about their lifestyle habits, readiness to change, preventative health care, cardiac risks, food and exercise experiences, personal goals and demographics.
Chews Your Health incentive programs and team challenges are proven to motivate and engage employees resulting in high participation rates in company wellness programs. The programs have consistently produced healthier, happier employees who are more independent with their personal health.
Corporate Wellness Coaches
Chews Your Health coaches have extensive backgrounds in nutrition, exercise, and holistic healing within the corporate wellness environment. We take a broad view of the employee considering the overall goals of the company.
Founder, Holistic Lifestyle Coach
Amanda Garrison-Lucas is the founder and current CEO of Chews Your Health, LLC. She has an extensive background in nutrition, exercise and holistic & alternative medicine.
Liz has a strong nutritional science and exercise science studies background along with a diverse array of human health behavior research and uses an holistic approach to personal and individual wellness.
Asst. Director and Health Coach
Claudia is a Nutrition Specialist with a background in nutrition and exercise physiology. Her philosophy on nutrition encompasses individuality, healthy lifestyle choices, and balance.
W. Shane Winter
Director Of Financial Wellness
Shane is a Financial Advisor helping individuals achieve both short and long term goals by educating them to make wise financial decisions for themselves and their families.
