Caffeine and skipping meals depletes serotonin, one of the four key neurotransmitters for regulation of sleep, impulse control, and appetite. Whatever way your body metabolizes food and whatever your activity; EAT before your a.m. coffee/caffeine intake, and be high on serotonin!
